Cancellation & Refunds

Before confirmation
A booking request may be withdrawn before it is confirmed. If no payment has been made, there is normally no cancellation charge.
After confirmation
Deposits reserve time and may become non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. The written quote or agreement will state the cancellation window, rescheduling terms, and refund eligibility for your specific service.
Rescheduling
Contact us as early as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to move the booking to an available date. Travel, vendor, permit, or other non-recoverable costs may still apply.
Cancellation by Spark Shoot
If Spark Shoot cannot provide the confirmed service and a suitable replacement or date cannot be agreed, payments for the unprovided service will be refunded. Processing times depend on the original payment provider.
