We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule shoots, provide services, send booking and payment updates, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate the service, including hosting, database, email, payment, and security providers. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Razorpay, and Cloudflare. Payment details are entered directly into the payment provider's secure checkout and are not stored by Spark Shoot.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers and team members who need it to operate your booking, comply with law, or protect our rights. Because we serve customers in the United States and India, information may be processed in another country with appropriate provider safeguards.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking records only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, legal, and security purposes. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
