Booking requests
Submitting the website form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Spark Shoot confirms availability, scope, schedule, final price, and any required payment in writing.
Prices and payment
Website prices describe standard packages. Travel, extra hours, permits, venue requirements, drone availability, rush delivery, taxes, and custom work may change the final quote. United States bookings are charged in USD and India bookings are charged in INR through the payment method shown for that market.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate event details, obtain venue access and necessary permissions, identify restrictions in advance, and ensure that requested filming does not violate law or third-party rights.
Creative services and delivery
Creative decisions, deliverables, revision limits, delivery timing, raw-file availability, usage rights, and portfolio permissions are governed by the written quote or service agreement. Weather, safety, venue rules, equipment restrictions, and events outside reasonable control may require changes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spark Shoot's total liability for a booking will not exceed the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
